Processing Times
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Pre-Order & Out of Stock Items
Items marked as "Pre-Order" or "Out of Stock" will be shipped according to the estimated arrival date stated on the product page. We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

UK Domestic Shipping
Standard Shipping - 2 to 3 Business days - £3.99
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or anywhere outisde of the united kingdom

We primarily use Royal Mail and Evri for our shipping services.
Package Protection
Packaging Standards
We take exceptional care in packaging all items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition:

All trading cards are shipped in protective sleeves and top loaders or card savers

Sealed products are securely packaged with bubble wrap or similar protective materials

Items are shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes or bubble mailers appropriate to the item's size and value

Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Tony TCG is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails, the package will be handled according to the carrier's standard procedures. Typically, they will leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling delivery or collecting from a local depot.
Lost or Damaged Packages
In the event that your package is lost or damaged during transit:

Include your order number and any relevant photos if the package was damaged

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly

Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at tonyt.c.g@hotmail.com. We can only accommodate address changes if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Order cancellations are only accepted if the order has not yet been dispatched. Please email tonyt.c.g@hotmail.com with your order number if you wish to cancel.
